About Me

What is Infinity Credit Solutions?

Sometimes bad things happen to great people and sometimes people need and deserve a second chance. My mission is to help people maximize their purchasing power by understanding their credit, while battling the credit bureaus, and collectors on the client’s behalf. After a rough financial time, you feel like a part of your life is gone. I help get your life back.

My past, and what inspired my new business?

I am no different than most people in a lot of ways, and I have gone through tough financial times which makes it easy for me to relate to people that are having financial or credit problems.

I have had an Entrepreneur personality since I was very young. With help from my dad, I opened Whitewater Valley Disc Jockeys at age 13, and deejayed weddings and school dances all the way through high school and my first year in college. I then left school  to help a friend in the mortgage business. I learned how to do a mortgage loan, and found there was a ton of investor money out there for the people who had little money and credit problems.

I left his company and started Kean Mortgage Company in 1998. The mortgage business was good, and I had found a niche in helping people that the bank wanted nothing to do with because they didn’t fit the box. There were several high risk lenders that would be happy to take the chance with these people and since it was a specialty loan that not many in the area did. I was extremely successful at these loans, and  over the next several years I opened an Audio Video Store, Real Estate Office, Property Management company, and was flipping whole blocks of properties.

The Housing Market Crash!

I was young, cocky, and made several enemies with my attitude. I had learned how to help people, how to make their American Dream come true when everyone else told them no, but I hadn’t cracked open the book on being humble. The very realtors,  and other professionals that I should have been building relationships with, were not receptive to the young cocky sub prime mortgage specialist, thus my reputation was not very good in the exact industry that it should have been. At that time I didn’t think I needed them or anyone else. I had money, what else does a 22-23 year old guy need right?

WRONG!

The rental business, that I didn’t even plan to build( too impatient to wait for the flipped properties to sell) fell flat on its face. All but 5 units in the 63 unit empire were vacant or delinquent. The audio/visual store was down $50k, and closing, and the mortgage and realty business couldn’t keep up with the debts of the property business. I was heading for the very thing that I had tried to help my clients avoid(Bankruptcy).

We decided to move to Las Vegas to get a fresh start in a fast paced growing mortgage market, and to be honest I didn’t want to stick around and watch the empire that I had tried to build collapse, plus the daily humiliation was more than I wanted to deal with.

While in Vegas, and after the bankruptcy was complete, I was bound and determined to get my life back. I got emphatic about learning how to fix credit and what the proper way to rebuild was. I discovered what all my clients had griped about in the past was right on the money. These credit bureaus and collection agencies were the DEVIL! I was able to succeed, and after 24 months I had a 670 credit score again.

about jeremy About Me

After 4 years in Vegas we returned to the Richmond area to be closer to family for our 3 kids. I took a job with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and continued to work in the mortgage industry, but This time I was now part of the corporate world, and wow did I not like that! I discovered there was a great opportunity in the credit repair world that I learned in Vegas while repairing my credit So I decided to look a little further since one client (Me) was not near enough experience to open a business. I thought, this seems so me though! I can be my own boss again, while continuing to do my life’s work, which is helping people. After several grueling months of learning the credit report world inside and out (YES there was still tons to learn after 13 years in the mortgage business) I attended a 4 Credit Bootcamp in Tampa Bay where you get more than a lifetime worth of tools and the “how to” run a credit repair business the ethical, legal way.  I did several pro-bono cases while at Wells Fargo and then made the final decision to go for it. I left Wells Fargo and opened Infinity Credit Solutions LLC, an Indiana Credit Repair Organization located in Richmond, Indiana
